Surgical technique to insert the screw follows the steps shown in the standard PLS surgical technique. No additional transverse connector * additional instrumentation is required except for the proper screwdriver needed to screw the pedicle.
Screws are available from 4.5mm to 8mm in diameter and from 20 mm to 120 mm length.
